The Mullerthal region, nicknamed “Little Switzerland”, has been awarded the “UNESCO Global Geopark” label for its incredible sandstone formations, which are ideal for walking among rocks and forests.

Finally, in the south of the country, the Minett region, designated a “UNESCO Minett Biosphere Reserve”, invites visitors to discover an area signposted by its industrial past. With former mines, reclaimed wasteland and themed trails, nature is reclaiming its rights, biodiversity is returning and history is being written between memory and renewal.
