Terms and Conditions for the IVV Collection

Sale of Official Clothing – IVV Olympiad 2027
1. Scope
These terms govern the sale and reservation of clothing items (e.g. T-shirts, polo shirts, jackets) for the IVV Olympiad 2027 by FLMP. They apply to consumers placing orders via our website, by email, or via order form. FLMP is a non-profit association.

3. Offered Items and Personalization
Various textile products are offered in different sizes. Some items can be personalized (e.g. with name or club). Personalized items are excluded from exchange and withdrawal, except in cases of proven errors by FLMP. All information must be carefully checked at the time of ordering.
4. Prices and VAT
All prices are fixed in euros. According to Art. 44 §1 of Luxembourg's VAT law, FLMP is exempt from VAT. Prices are published via official FLMP communication channels.
5. Ordering, Reservation and Conclusion of Contract
The product presentation is non-binding. A binding reservation or order request is made by submitting the order form or an email. The contract is only concluded once the order has been confirmed by FLMP and full payment has been received.
6. Payment
Payment must be made exclusively by bank transfer to an FLMP account.
Reservations become binding only after full payment has been received. Bank details will be provided with the order.
7. Collection and Handover
No shipping is provided. Items must be collected in person – either at FLMP events, at an announced pick-up point, or at the latest during the IVV Olympiad in June 2027. Handover will only take place after confirmed payment.
8. Withdrawal, Cancellation and Returns
Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days after payment, excluding personalized items.
Exchanges are only possible for unworn, unwashed and non-personalized items within 14 days of collection, subject to availability. Returns must be made in person only.
In exceptional cases, a later cancellation may be accepted by FLMP. Refunds may be full or partial and may be subject to a handling fee of €10.
9. Additional Clause: Condition of Items for Exchange
Items may only be exchanged if they are in like-new condition.
An item is considered like-new only if it is:
- not worn,
- not washed,
- not damaged,
- and includes all original tags.
Items that have obviously been worn or washed – even once – are excluded from exchange or return. FLMP reserves the right to inspect the condition and completeness of returned items and to refuse an exchange if these conditions are not met.
10. Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of FLMP until full payment has been received.
11. Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply.
FLMP is not liable for damage or loss caused by improper use. In the case of proven production defects, a replacement item may be offered.
12. Data Protection
Personal data is used exclusively for order and payment processing. It is not shared with third parties. Data processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). After completion, data will be deleted unless legal retention obligations apply.
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Luxembourg law applies. Jurisdiction is with the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
